For a Fresh Smelling Kitchen
1) Air out your home by opening windows periodically; open closets and drawers.
2) Air out your kitchen immediately after cooking and wipe up spills with hot soapy water.
3) Strong food odors can be quickly eliminated by simmering White vinegar.
4) To remove extremely strong food odors, wipe affected area with pure lemon juice. You can even soak dishes, utensils, and pots in hot dish soap and lemon juice; or simply hot water and lemon juice.
5) Grind fresh citrus peels such as lemon or orange down your garbage disposal to remove rotted food odors.
6) Rinsing your empty cans of food before disposing will keep your trash can and kitchen fresher smelling as well as will prevent roaches.
7) If your pet has an accident and White Vinegar is not available, you can use fresh lemon juice or concentrated juice on affected area.
