How to Control and Reduce Dust Mites

Wash bed sheets and pillow cases on a more regular basis using hot water.

Vacuum daily and instead of using a hand duster, wipe off dust with a dampened cotton cloth.

Don’t keep plants, flowers, stuffed animals or toys, decorative pillows or tapestries in the bedroom.

The less STUFF, the less dust and cleaning for you!

Use a dehumidifier throughout your home.
