Herbs containing extremely high levels of antioxidants:
Cinnamon - Add some to coffee, teas or breakfast foods.
Lemon Balm - Make a tea.
Thyme - add some to homemade salad dressings.
Peppermint - makes great tea.
Oregano and Sage - great in marinade rubs or drink some Sage tea.
